How Our Services Work
Our compliance services are designed to provide structured implementation, expert guidance, and ongoing support—so your organization can stay compliant without having to manage everything internally.
While specific services may vary by engagement, most clients follow the same general process outlined below.
Step 1: Initial Contact & Account Setup
Once you move forward, your Account Executive will introduce you to our Implementation Team, who will guide you through the onboarding process.
During this phase, we may:

Request an employee roster and basic organizational details

Confirm account settings and locations

Schedule a brief kickoff call, if needed
This information allows us to properly configure your account and prepare your compliance program for setup.
Step 2: Policy Review & Publishing
The first major phase of implementation focuses on policies and procedures.
You’ll work directly with a Compliance Consultant, who will:

Review and customize your policies based on current regulations

Incorporate approved organization-specific details
-
Publish policies within the platform
Policies are linked directly to training modules so staff understand how they apply to their roles. Once published, policies are continuously monitored and updated as regulations change. Staff are notified when updates occur and are required to acknowledge revisions.
Step 3: Training, Tasks & Program Setup
After policies are published, we continue onboarding the remaining components of your program, which may include:

Staff profiles and documentation tracking

Compliance task scheduling

Training assignments and automated reminders
-
Additional services such as BAAs, SDS Binder, or assessments
Our team ensures everything is set up correctly and aligned with your organization’s needs.
Step 4: Transition to Ongoing Support
Once implementation is complete, your organization is transitioned to a dedicated support team of experienced compliance professionals.
This team:

Becomes familiar with your organization

Provides ongoing compliance and technical support

Conducts quarterly reviews to help keep your program on track

Assists with notices, questions, and compliance-related concerns
Support is ongoing for the duration of your service.
Timelines to Expect

Full implementation may take up to 3 months, depending on:
