How Pricing Is Determined
Pricing is customized based on factors such as:

Organizational complexity (locations, states, specialties)

Level of ongoing support required
Your proposal outlines the exact services included in your program and the associated pricing.
Subscription-Based Engagement
Our compliance programs are provided on a subscription basis for the agreed-upon term.
Key points:

Audit support and protection apply only during an active subscription period

Services are tied to the defined “time of service” in your agreement

Lapsed or inactive subscriptions are not eligible for audit protection
This structure ensures your organization receives continuous support and remains audit-ready.
Audit Support & Protection Terms
Audit support is included for relevant audits that occur during the active service period, provided:

The audit relates to services covered under your agreement

Your subscription is current at the time of the audit

The audit falls within the covered timeframe
If an audit relates to a period outside the active service term:

Support may still be provided

Consulting services are billed at $300 per hour, with notice provided in advance
Professional liability coverage applies when it is determined that HCP was negligent in its recommendations or actions related to HIPAA or OSHA compliance.
Consulting & State-Specific Requests
Each client may request up to one hour per month of state-specific compliance research and support at no additional cost.
If requests exceed the included time:

Additional consulting is billed at $300 per hour

Clients are notified in advance

A proposal is provided before additional work begins
Client Responsibilities
Our services rely on accurate information and active participation from the client.
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete data

Reviewing and approving policies and documentation

Ensuring staff follow published policies and complete assigned tasks
HCP cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in client-provided data or for staff actions that fall outside documented policies and procedures.

Your proposal clearly outlines:

Optional or add-on services (such as background checks or credential management)

Any services that may incur separate or usage-based fees
There are no hidden services or surprise charges outside what is documented in your agreement.
